Theme park music acts are almost always either on their way up, or on their way down. Most with any kind of real "draw" are under contract to Live Nation to play bigger venues where they make a LOT more money.

I'm going during Mardi for the first time ever (scheduling "accident" as it were).

I missed out on the AP float reservations. I don't care to see any bands in the music plaza (walking around will be good enough). What food *areas* usually work. Transformers line looks good.

Basically, I want to get food and a beer, and be able to carry all that over to some place to sit and enjoy.

So let's rephrase: "I'm sure all the food is fine; which kiosks best lend themselves to not eating on top of a garbage can (ala in Epcot festivals)?"

Probably the best seating area, with ample table seating, and drinks, would be the food served from the Allah Garden area.
Beautiful shaded setting that doesn't get too crowded.
