Okay everyone, beating dead horses aside. Check this out on ThemeParkReview (from jjune4991):

Scroll down to the bottom, and you'll see what seems to be yellow support beams up where the final brake run is supposed to go up!

Sos I was watching the POV, and I noticed that right after the zero-g roll, the transition into the water scene (the little half-helix) isn't quite banked, and the little drop into it is kind of choppy. I'm sure it's the animation, but it just looks odd. Idk, maybe I'm just used to No Limits. Lol.

Cool, glad to see construction has gone vertical. I should be out there in a few days to get some pics.

On 10/15 I had a few minutes before they closed the EoA path and had to get to Desert Grill for dinner/show... but here are two shots showing the trench and work around it

Vertical construction has not started and wont for a little while longer. The photo is just of some tractor equipment.

How can you be so sure it's construction equipment? I was inclined to agree with you, but I don't see any moving joints or hydraulics usually associated with those kinds of machines. I'm sure we'll have a better picture soon to clear this up.

I saw the item in question two days ago...plus it doesn't hurt that I'm at the park about 5 days a week (yes I do have a life...just kinda have a responsibility with the park ;) ). Not to mention I have an update that will be posted tomorrow showing the equipment.

Double post...sorry.

^I must not have taken a photo of it but did see it.

New update! 10/21/10

There's a lot of work now focused on the former Rhino Rally water portion to get all the concrete and footers done.

I wonder how long they will wait before they allow Platinum re-ride privileges. Anyone know how long it took with SheiKra? SeaWorld ticks me off because they still don't allow it with Manta and it's been over a year. Their excuse is, "We can't monitor it because it's a double loading platform." SheiKra is too and they seem to have no problems.

Kind of. Manta uses two platforms really, whereas on SheiKra they just load two trains at a time in one platform, back to back. Much easier to regulate.

It's still different people loading you the second time around on SheiKra when there is an odd number of trains. It's a sore point for me because I specifically asked before I bought a Platinum pass at SeaWorld whether Manta was included and they said "yes." As soon as they got my money, I found out it was "no." When I complained, I was told "soon." Over a year and counting is a funny definition of "soon." I certainly hope Busch is better organized about it but they seem to handle Platinum much better in general than SeaWorld.

I got rerides on opening weekend with Sheikra. Both when in first opened and when it when floorless. Now since Manta has opened I no longer have a plantinum pass, I dropped down to the 2 Year (Gold) pass.

In a larger representation of that image, she is shown standing on a pathway next to the coaster.
