Sad, but not Disney's fault. Hope there's zero changes to the balconies or to the Savannah.

Good news is from what I've read the little girl is ok.

Because of the animals Disney has the exterior of this hotel under video surveillance. So they should have video of this.

Shocking to hear, but good that the kid is alright. But as UNIrd said, let's hope that this doesn't have any negative effects on the lodge.
