Even Pooh’s Hunny Hunt, which is quite old, has not been cloned at any of their newly built parks

Obviously the IPs themselves are not off limits, so I am curious WHAT aspects are?

Long story short, though, if Frozen in Disneyland is just the Orlando version: pass

BatB and Tangled are definitely too new for direct cloning

AND when it comes to space at Disneyland, it really seems like it is too valuable to waste on just anything

You know what? Props to Disney. They've actually managed to get me excited about this panel for once. I'm cautiously optimistic here after all of the teasers over the past 24 hours.

So there is now chatter going on WDWMagic from credible sources like Len Testa that there is apparently another big announcement for DLR that hasn't been fully sussed out yet. A lot of people on WDWMagic are throwing out things like a west coast version of Villians, Frozen, a TL revamp at last, and Zootopia for DCA.

IMO this is almost certainly something related to DLForward. And if it does come to pass announcement wise, it will be a blue sky what if with more details fleshed out in 2028.

My personal theory is this will be the first phase of the Simba lot buildout. I say this because once the EGW is built, Simba in particular becomes redundant as a parking lot. Disneyland is stacked as a park. It's DCA thats been needing more for a while.

While I'm doing the usual expecting nothing, I will say as least you're not saying you'll eat a hat! I've seen my fair share of folks saying that this year for various things, only to be proven wrong.

Disney is really on the right track with these attraction choices. There's really no way that Universal Orlando will be able to increase their Orlando market share more than the percentages that currently exist. Credit to Disney for some great choices.

But he does so well with the merch...and Bob Iger seems to personally love him.

I think it's time to gut/overhaul the current iteration of the ride (as a big fan of the original ride, the "new" one is terrible) and give Figment the ride he deserves again with Dreamfinder...can be a slightly new reimagining of Dreamfinder if they must...but I think Figment as a whole should be upgraded to a new, more deserving attraction and remain a mainstay.
