When Ygor is behind shower curtains, I am sad.

I was sad two weeks ago.

He sets the tone perfectly. My first ever Monsters ride was Ygor broken, but the final Dracula working perfectly. I’d rather have it the other way around!

Yeah the AAs in the first minute or so of the ride are generally the ones that matter the most to me when it comes to being up. There's less action/chaos in that part and it's mostly atmosphere, so the AAs are a larger part of selling that compared to later in the ride.

I think that’s why I feel the first half of Monsters is a lot stronger. The ride seems to lose a decent chunk of its steam after the last Wolf Man AA.

I would prefer it if they made the vinyl available online!

We're out of state, but my wife was able to email/call and order a vinyl for my birthday last week, a very nice surprise. It's a quality vinyl too!

Only listened to three so far but already a beautiful soundtrack. Ice Dance and Experimental Trials are excellent.

Oh man, I may need to do this. I'd be happy to pick one up in the park in November (assuming they're in stock), but I get nervous about transporting a vinyl in checked luggage.

YMMV obviously and I'm sure it really depends on your airline but on United I've carried a record in my hands onto the plane in addition to my carry on and personal item and no one's ever said anything to me on any of the 10s of times I've done it! Because you're totally right, I wouldn't want to stick it in my checked bag

Just so you know, shipping was $9.95 (though no sales tax, because apparently there's some loophole if it's an order over the phone). So it pushes the price to almost $55.

I'm okay with that because I don't know when I'll be able to visit the park next year, or if the item will still be stocked by then. AND it's still much cheaper than the secondary market for the vinyl on ebay.
