If they clone the DL/TDS ride, I'm fine with it as long as it get its own MacGuffin. DL does South Asia with the eyes of Mara, TDS does South America with the Crystal Skull so I'd love to see something East Asian with a Chinese or Japanese tomb. I'm gonna say they won't do Middle East/ Egypt due to Universal and The Mummy. An Atlantis water ride is obvious...but Sea World already did it so that's out...

Whos to say Disney wouldn't care, and just go with Atlantis anyway, but with an completely different design?

I think no matter what, it has to be a new system; more due to age than anything.

I’d love for the POTC system to be used here. It brings it state side plus DHS could use a water ride if they wanted to introduce that element.

I'm not entirely unconvinced that Atlantis isn't the MacGuffin for Indy 5, so it's possible.

DL's Idy ride may be old, but its still amazing. IMHO it's still the best dark ride in any stateside park outside of DL's Pirates

It’s not boring. It’s painful.

I’d prefer they do something custom, just like they did with Slinky Dog Dash...instead of just cloning everything. Make it original!

I’m so behind on DHS stuff. This is a temporary entrance right?

Or is this the entrance to the parking lot and not the main gate into the park?

The entrance pictured above is the old main entrance to DHS when the park first opened. Now it will be a Cast Member only entrance. The other existing entrance will become a bus only entrance.

That's what I thought when I read it too. They just had the perfect opportunity to do it since they basically just changed out all of the road signage.

Just from a branding point of view, I wouldn't think they'd want a name one word removed from DCA.

It was a name that was under consideration for quite awhile when they were thinking of changing the name.

Keep it the same, guests confuse it with Universal Studios... Change it to "Adventure," maybe people will confuse it with IOA in addition to DCA too.
