Someone was removed from the ride unconscious today. They remained so all the way to the ambulance. As there is no press, I will assume it butterbeer over-consumption.

Word is they are closing DC at 1pm each day to clear away metal shavings from the brake pads. Don't know about the incident, but the two could be related

That was my thoughts. I dont know if they've ever done similar things in the past, but after running this long you'd think they'd know if the brake pads would need that. Anybody with more extensive coaster engineering knowledge care to share their thoughts?

I don't think Universal is of the state of mind to be reselling an old product, in this case, two roller coasters. They will probably be melted down and become the chassis of your next new car.
