Yes, mostly forward/drifting for all the cars. I just meant there's videos (with riders) in Hollywood where two cars rotate in opposite directions than the other two during certain elements of track. Maybe that could happen during the spike here. Just a slightly different experience depending on which car you ride.

Side Note:
I don't remember the name of the ride but years ago at Busch Gardens Tampa, our group rode this swinging ship ride where the riders faced the center of the ship, so you were looking strait at the other half of the riders. We almost walked past it not really thinking much of it but it turned out to be a highlight of the trip. It was SO funny to see the other riders expressions as the ship swung more and more vertical, eventually all the way around , which was a surprise to us. I just remember laughing so hard it was a great time.
