What is curious is when I finally let my passes at Disney and Universal expire, neither attempted to beg me to renew. No mini promotions, auto emails, no nothing. I found that an odd business choice. Has that changed at all?
Disney is more aggressive than Universal in that respect, sending a lot more direct mail reminders and e-mails. Disney even sent me another Mickey Monitor but with a different "We Want You Back" cover than the normal one.
