I didn't want to get pedantic, but yes. JP and JPIII had Brachiosaurs, and THE LOST WORLD had either a Mamenchisaurus or a Seismosaurus (debate rages!).

So if they wanted an Apatosaurus on the wall, it would be the JW render. But even above that, it's most likely they just threw whatever digital dino assets they had at hand onto the wall.

When we were at Hershey a 15 years or so ago, there was a ride through the water park section that looked very similar to PF.

Sadly, the company who designed or built both was not suited to create or support good rides with adequate capacity.

The refurbished on the explorer is really great, curious about why they added led's to an otherwise great replacement, but doesn't kill it for me. It looks exactly like it did when this photoop was at universal studios in the 90s

Just saw they added the lost world triceratops head to jurassic outfitters. Are all of these awesome props coming out because the ride is down? Also I'm a 3d artist, anyone able to take pictures so I can turn it into a 3d model. There's a specific way to do it.

They've either removed or heavily cut a lot of the trees, too. Whatever's left is foliage that can *ahem* spring back when the rainy, warmer months finally start. We got one more cold front coming next week, but it's nowhere near as brutal as February's.

It's fortuitous that the ride is actually closed during this period, because the freeze did a number on the show quality.

Presumably they can see how what's there improves during the spring and replant as-needed before November.

Yes, the dead foliage is striking, especially at the hotels and Camp Jurassic. But, upon review of two weeks walking around the North Campus, I noticed most of the browned foliage had green shoots popping up in the bottom six inches, or so, of a vast majority of the freeze affected plants. And most all of the broad leafed palms and ferns also appear to be recovering....Can't tell on all the trees yet, though I did see some yellow blossoms on one variety.
