Best guess...whatever was to replace it has been moved to Kidzone. The musical chairs / dart board planning of the company as of late certainly lends credence to this.

Who knew RollerCoaster Tycoon was so accurate in its portrayal of major theme park design and planning.

All well and good, but the best insiders here all said Nintendo was going into KidZone, because up until sometime late last year it 100% was. Things change all the time.

I think it's more that Park 3 has taken priority over USF/IOA for the time being. So the biggest/best ideas are shifted there while smaller projects are inserted into USF/IOA to bolster their lineups

The KidZone replacement is a full blown land. It could easily hold it's own in the new park. But yes, Park 3 is the main priority now.

That's a shame if true. Trolls seemed perfect for that spot and Dragons really fits better in IOA aesthetically. Meanwhile, Panda doesn't deserve it's own land but I guess a version of ancient China would work well at USF and be visually appealing.

Oh good point. I forgot about the Panda land in Beijing. Regardless of my thoughts on Panda, there is no doubt the movie lends itself to a beautiful land.
