Diagon Alley wasn't open during the time of my visit, but it sounds like it will open next month somewhere from what I've heard. They're running behind schedule, so they won't do much soft openings.
I'm hearing some great stuff about the train connecting Universal Studios Florida to Islands of Adventure. So with a park hopper ticket, you can take the Harry Potter train and drive to Islands of Adventure and back. Each way (USF--> IOA and IOA -> USF) would have a different event and all kinds of stuff, and it would be very unique.
