I can't imagine that Disney doesn't have a team of lawyers that look at things like this. Every company I have ever worked for had lawyers to make sure things could be done that the company was doing. I can't imagine that an attraction like this wouldn't be reviewed by the lawyers. No company any size wants to open themselves up to litigation and Universal for sure would sue the crap out of them if they had a leg to stand on. Disney knows this. They may make a lot of bad decisions, but this just would be plain dumb.
