If they have no plans or desires to re-release the album in a less 'limited' style, why not just release it on iTunes, etc. for $10-$15? Universal itself isn't going to see anything in return from the up-charging on the secondary markets of the actual album so why not make an even easier buck and let everyone enjoy the album?
