Sorry to be a hard ass about it but the reason is two-fold. This is the time of year everyone hears “something” and a lot of the time it’s just noise.

If this is one of those times where it isn’t, then it turns to risking the IP holder pulling out because of the leak.

But more importantly, enjoy the event that’s currently right in front of you.

They’re only available at Take 2 now, so yeah it figures that they’d be that cheap

Went to Take 2

The Fallout Ghoul little Figure was 7 bucks
They had a ton of Art and Megan popcorn buckets. Art is 8 bucks currently and Megan is 4 bucks

they also had a few T shirts a Fallout one and Megan T shirt there on sale as well but did not look at the price

Also note they told me you can buy something here and have it sent into the park to be picked up

Anyone know when the rest of the merch will be put on its usual sale? Last year it started mid October while this year, its honestly looking like they might just wait it out for everyone at the event to buy the merch at full price and then discount whatever is left after the event ends.

They know people will buy merch this year since theres so many different types of fans going so if their play is to just wait it out, pretty smart on them.

But yeah they have had trouble with a lot or merch keeping it in stock so this year I think they are waiting longer

Now with more stores in Citywalk they can sell it on discount around the holidays if they want

Just found out everything HHN is 50% off starting today. I'll probably be pulling up on Friday to see if anything is left in large size

I'm eyeing the chainsaw man merch once its at 75% off, I'll grab as much a I can along with Art stuff, blumhouse and FNAF

Hamikuma popcorn's bucket is on sale for 20 bucks but did not see other items

I will say for FNAF not being on sale but all other IPS are....its telling that that is the biggest IP of the year and hope its back next year and..honestly in different ways should be back until the hype dies

They spent a lot of dough on FNAF next year and it’s still very popular. I would expect that to be our repeat next year.

I think it could be back next year with a FNAF 2 house, but honestly (and as someone who thinks about this series ever hour of every day) I think they need to give it some breaks. I don’t want this to become the next Walking Dead or Stranger Things. Maybe skip it in 2027? I just don’t want everyone to start to hate it.

It’s DEFINITELY the biggest IP this year though. The only reason Terrifier comes close is that HHN has a very filtered audience of people who are likely to be fans of that series, but I feel like as the event has gone on the initial hype for that IP has waned slightly and FNAF has remained pretty crazy

I agree to a point

Like i said bring it back next year as a updated house with more puppets from the second movie and then after that try something new

But by far its 90% of people in costumes are for FNAF and people are spending 12+ bucks on basically frozen pizza heated up, it shows people LOVE this IP and I just think in some way make it work the next few years but I do agree, I don't want it to become stale. So hoping they find other ways to make the IP work in park, I know the biggest issue is the creator unlike the Terffier creator Scott has some stupid rules like putting his characters in some meh Funko Pop game but wont let them in Fortnite "because kids" I dislike his reasons so much

You made a horror series and pretend like making a real restaurant would somehow endanger kids to me is just silly but he man owns the IP, so hoping money changes his mind or he could maybe throw out ideas, like Art is walking around because the creator wanted it...so I hope Scott had ideas of how to use the characters since he is so protective over them

I don't think his reasoning is entirely unfounded in this case. There was a real-life tragedy revolving around a different IP that is often cited as a point of concern for doing this.

That being said, he does seem open to the idea of developing a proper FNAF attraction, based on the proposals he approved with Sally Dark Rides.
