It looks like the @HorrorNightsORL posted this, so if Poltergeist is a Hollywood exclusive, it wouldn't be Poltergeist first.

On Reddit they are speculating the TV static could relate to WWE or Five Nights at Freddy's. I'd also add that Fallout episodes start with a TV and there is a similar shot of a TV as a major early image in the first Terrifier, so I think it could be anything (or even not related to a specific IP)
