Construction is gearing up to begin for Halloween Horror Nights for Hollywood! John Murdy has confirmed Construction is starting soon, and it sounds like bundled have also been popping up over at H-Lot South.

Over previous years do they tend to build originals first, IPs first, or is it just by location? Or is there just no pattern

No pattern--it really just depends on which one starts the process.

Typically it's been H-Lot or Mummy, but it does seem like T-Pad will kick things off first.

So looking back at last years thread....It looks like HHN started construction in January last year

Wonder why this year they are starting almost 2 months later

I think what happened with last year was mainly confusion on my end with FFN--considering we were in uncharted territory with timelines.

I will admit I goofed probably.

I have a speculative thought on why they're focusing on obstructing the view of visual, and I wonder if it has to do with security teams wanting to restrict the ebb and flow of what people see in guest-facing views, while also preparing measures that allows them to keep certain things post FFN to have soundproofing efforts pre-prepped and ready to go.

Makes me wonder things in regard to this year's event, in a good way. Hopefully we see this movement happening with Jurassic's venue--and that should give us confirmation.
