I'm open to repeats, but it should be a repeat that wasn't just a repeat...

I think someone pointed out that the area on the H lot is bigger...so in theory it should have something different about it

Anyway, I hope you all who don't like this stay away...I will Gladly walk onto this house many times if it has a low wait, lol

KKFOS would be a lazy repeat after already having it twice. If there’s a repeat IP coming, it should be a slasher.

I feel like if any slasher should get a return this year, it's Freddy. Michael and Leatherface have been around the block a lot the past decade, Jason finally had his comeback last year, and it's been almost a decade since Freddy was at the event last. Feels like he's eating dust at this point.

Speculation: will we see another anime import from Universal Japan?

Honestly, at least speaking for myself, I'd love if USH could actually create its own experience instead of simply importing another one. I know it'll never happen, costs and all, but I'd love to see what they could do, what IP they'd run with, etc., and ultimately if they'd make it solid enough so that the other parks would want to import ours. (I also say this someone who isn’t a fan of anime and would enjoy something else than another anime import, even if I totally respect those who do!)

Yeah, and a repeat of a repeat that wasn't great which in itself was a repeat of an experience that was ... not great.

How about a repeat from the early Hollywood event years? ....the pre-Murdy era :eyes::scream:

Let him & his team try something from before his reign of terror (although we technically got this with Rob Zombie's House of 1000 Corpses & House of Horrors/Universal Monsters)

If we HAVE to have a complete copy + paste repeat (As in a literal carbon copy with few changes), why not something they haven’t done in a while? There is actually one house I DO want to see related and that’s Back in Business. I know they would have to make a few tweaks to allow for current ops, but is there a reason they don’t just straight-up repeat it? I feel like they’ve “run out” of repeats they could do.

Again, I would prefer no repeats, but since that’s apparently not an option, What I would strongly prefer as an alternative is a “reboot”. A reboot meaning a house that’s a “repeat” but it’s updated and refreshed (i.e. La Llorona 2022). If we have to reboot a house, I would love to see AWiL or Silent Hill done right without the black wallz.

Wasn't last year the one of if not the most profitable HHN for Hollywood and had a repeat no one wanted?

I know everyone here has been every year but tons of people that go have never been so st keep those things in mind

Also until they say its a clone we are freaking out over nothing....its in a new place and could be different.

Silent Hill has my vote since i only experienced the Orlando version.

I liked when Hollywood would do a house & if you missed it that year, oh well...

With the money they bring in now vs pre-apocalypse, there's no excuse for the budget cuts/repeats

I confess I am in the minority who is very excited for KKFOS, if that comes back. I appreciate that is a weird niche view based on my love for KKFOS.

But, I do think if they are making more money and still bringing in repeats, the budget should definitely be felt elsewhere. For example, I'm sure FNAF last year did cost way more than your average house. So, even though I'm personally excited for KKFOS if it comes again, I'd hope it would mean that some of the big houses would have some showstopper moments. Amazing puppets for Stranger Things, top-notch makeup for Cenobites (I know Hollywood likes masks, but a guy can dream), etc.

Wonder if they could do a stunt show for Resident Evil in the Waterworld venue. Not sure how good it'd end up, but its a thought (even though Purge 4.0 is easier & cheaper)

That works be so dope

You’d think it would draw a big audience because resident evil is a pretty old game series now and the new game will be out

Rumors are beginning to come out on the Orlando side that they are getting Klowns and Terrifier as part of the event (just not as houses over there).

Depending on if it's connected to Jack vs. Harry for Hollywood, either one of them looking to Art would pan out like this:

a parody of Alien vs. Predator featuring Jack and Harry that ends with Art killing them both would go hard.

Except for the fact that we literally just had a clown entrance/fire tower SZ last year. And the sideshow/clown entrance/fire tower SZ in 2022

If we seriously end up with ANOTHER clown SZ for the entrance, it'll be very lazy.

It's bad enough the SZ severely lacked in set details/themeing except for 6 statues, clownzilla sign, & a "clownzilla in a box". We didn't even get the themed "Happy Halloween" billboard overlay above 1-Up Cafe like we always had in the past!!!

Also... forget Jack, Hollywood Harry, or even Art... bring back Sweet Licks from 2014!! (Go back even further for Klownz & Freakz, maybe even Lunaticz). If we're going to be lazy, then go all in & throw them all in Terror Tram for a "Klowntasm"
