They didn't roam much though. To me a scarezone is a location (or zone) you go to where there are scareactors. A roaming horde, to me, is just that. A horde of scareactors that roam around the park so you never know where they are. You could always go to transformers or simpsons and see actors so I viewed it as a zone because they had clear boundaries they could not go past (just like all the other zones).

I saw the clowns that were in Springfield in various other parts of the park. While Springfield was a good spot for them I didn't really see any boundaries.

I only ever saw them in Springfield too and I would always see them hit their boundary that they could not pass when they were chasing people. I would see them only outside their boundary when they were doing a cast change. They could go all the way down Springfield to the circular courtyard where the other scarezone ends and could not go towards the kid zone area unless they were doing a cast change.

Well Universal doesn't care what you view them as, they call it roaming hoardes and they don't count as scarezones, so when we talk about scarezones, we're talking about the areas with sets and decoration

Personally to speak, I wouldn't place it outside the realm of possibility of a real scarezone in Springfield (as long as it probably isn't themed to the IP). the relationship that Fox and Universal has seemed to fare well over the past two years with the success of Springfield for Orlando and Hollywood to where I think it makes sense for their relationship to grow for more allowing of the area for seasonal events like HHN (I'm not saying we're closer to the not-so-impossible Treehouse of Horror overlay; but I think we're at the point where Fox may place faith in Comcast).

Could we just see another roaming hoard there for Orlando? Probably, but its something to at least consider.

I feel like that TWD was a "ah screw it, it has to get announced at some point" type thing. As for the next..i'm having a feeling that Krampus is the next announcement.

They should do a Preacher house. That show is pretty cool. After learning it was from a comic I saw that there's some crazy stuff in it.

There's a horror release this Friday. We have heard conflicting reports whether we will see it a house this year or not, so who knows.

I'd say that there's a good chance Conjuring will be the next one (if it will be a house). Maybe not in time for the release, but within a few weeks.

TWD is really surprising me. Here I thought marketing was the driving force behind forcing TWD on the team and it's still not on the website. You would think they would have had that on the website the second it was announced.

Hopefully we get more announcements soon. We are less than 100 days away now from opening night. With 6 more houses (hopefully) and zones/shows to announce, we are bound to be getting announcements pretty quickly. With Howl-o-Scream tickets going on sale today, hopefully we get HHN tickets real soon too.

Unless they have IP zones, zones won't be announced until the full reveal. Neither will any original houses. Neither will shows. So we have two months to announce three, maybe four, maybe five things. That's about one every two-three weeks. They can take their time.
