EDIT: Nothing i've seen specifically says the IPs are confined to their own sections of the zone, won't have roamers, and won't appear on this stage. I mean, it'd be pretty dumb to color both of these tents to the IPs and NOT have the IPs up there, would it not...?

That would be a dream. I really miss the highly themed arches. It just made the whole anticipation of getting to the event so much more exciting and immersive.
