I’m sure we will. I’m just not expecting one again till Wednesday. Since we only have 3 originals left one day will be nothing and if last year was anything to go by it’s tomorrow.

I’m really excited for the originals. I feel this year there is still a lot of unknowns about them.

Especially with the rumored “Make-Up Mutants/ BzzCon” original. I am still trying to wrap my head around how they would make that concept work in a house setting. lol.

Bunch of new permits for tents/shade structures today. A few tidbits:

1. New large tent for SS25 (60ft x 148ft). This will really help with the 2p opening and those pesky rain storms!

2.) SS20 and former Rockit/Music Plaza area (B41D) are also getting smaller shade structures - likely for a small bit of queue and/or for Ops (both tents 10ft x 20ft).

3.) Large tent for Mummy Courtyard (B57 - 33ft x 33ft) - this pretty much confirms Tribute Store will return to its former NY location!

So glad that we'll see the normal Tribute Store location for the 35th anniversary - can't wait to see what they do for it this year.

It's arguably been 3 years since we had a really good HHN tribute store.

If the queues remain the same as last year, that SS25 tent makes waiting in weather pretty much a non-issue for the whole park. At least until lines get really long.

Ooooh, this is a pleasant surprise! I'm down for more shade being added to the queues, and while they can end up muggy with all the bodies and general heat...that's a price I'm willing to pay for staying undercover when the occasional rain happens. Or in the case of 2023, a monsoon. That raised queue for TLoU was great on the feet, but some cover would've been vastly appreciated back then!

Also, with the announcement of H.R. Bloodengutz (and potentially another original house or two), I'd say this year's lineup fills in something that was lacking in the house lineup last year...camp, and not the kind you'd find in Jason Universe. I do agree that while last year was fantastic, it did lack a campy/lighthearted/horror comedy kind of house. In the UK media preview, they said Dolls: Let's Play Dead was "kind of" a horror comedy house, but emphasis on "kind of", it was still played pretty serious with the occasional amusing moment. (Easy Bake Oven ding, the headless doll with the plastic nub neck.)

So with Bloodengutz in the mix, I think we'll have a better balance with the lineup.

Yeah - pretty much every line would have some type of cover other than the Tents 1 and 2, right?

That’s really good to hear, I’m glad uni is moving to help with standing in the sun. Epically if the 3 houses are open at 2.

Sounds like it, Tent 2 would be the only one without any cover as Tent 1 has partial cover for the sections using the Simpsons queue. All in all, that's pretty impressive coverage, pun intended!

And circling back around to @Kichkinet85 's comment on the unknowns of the remaining originals.
For the Cowboys vs Aliens one, I'd say the concept alone is pretty clear, it's just a question if it's going to be taken seriously, or campy. Personally, I feel this is a prime candidate for a campy one which I'd be fine with it, especially since we've already had a serious western house with Hatchet and Chains last year.

As for the other two, yeah there's a lot of unknowns. Some flavor text would help out with the rumored Cannibal Zoo (Yes, PUN intended on that one!). And as for the last one...I'm just calling it "Bzzzcon Beauty" at this point, that one has been the vaguest of them all and I wouldn't mind it being announced tomorrow so we know what the heck it's all about.
