So whats going on with the clown scarezone now? The first prop is up in hollywood and its a clowns face. Are we thinking the zone got moved from NY and downsized to maybe not include the ips, or is this something unrelated.

I often wonder if some of you simply hate your fellow HHN guests with a passion.

No because I think the multi night tickets should include the express option.

I just don't think a pass that covers the entire season with express should be the same price as like 4 nights

(If I hated HHN fans I wouldn't be in this god forsaken spec thread every year lol)

No. The location was just wrong on the spec map.

The big speculated mash-up IP clown zone did feel like it would fit better in NY intuitively though given the space and side streets. They certainly could do that concept in Hollywood still, but I wonder if that also could have been a mix of rumors assumed to be one street. I.e. could we be getting a roaming Art the Clown again and a Street Experience themed to KKfOS outside the primary clown zone, with the HW zone being totally original?

Just baseless speculation. But felt reasonable.

Yes I agree the particular rumor seemed to be very well suited for NY just do to the size alone. In my opinion hollywood seriously could be a little small especially considering that just a few steps down is Mel's zombies

Anyone who’s done Stay and Scream in the past (before HHN 34) was able to knock out 3-4 houses before 6:30pm if they played their cards right.

No difference here. Again with the advantage of Rush of Fear *you DON’T NEED to do ALL 10 houses and shows/rides EACH 18 nights*.

Yeah, NY felt particularly well-suited for that zone concept - like you said, because of the side streets and sheer size of it. Wonder if we're just looking at a straight mashup zone rather than different sections.

I think perhaps the house wasn't officially showing on the website yet even though the announcement was up on the rest of the socials.

I just hope this DOES NOT mean we lose KKFOS, that is literally a make or break for me for this years event, and I am not sure if I could afford both coasts this year (I am a Orlando local).

I hope to dear god so. There have been way to many hints this spec season that they will be featured in some capacity to Orlando. Plus this would have completely ruined the Infernal carnival concept

Not at all. We still getting clowns and a carnival. Hence the Killer Klown march. It was either their as we are getting original clowns. Like The Munsters theme was on there for H.R. Bloodengutz. Doesn’t mean we are getting Munsters. Or it was there and the rumor was wrong.

I am still deeply sad that I will never never get to experience my favorite IP in my lifetime (by that I mean any time soon), and I can’t afford a trip to Califionia. I am not sure you understand how it feels to live a horror IP that has no follow ups no sequels, and missed out on my only chance to see them live at both 2018 and 2019 events, forcing you to live a HHN fan who had missed out on the only chance to experience what would have been their dream IP house/Scare zone. It sucks even more when you keep having dreams of experiencing it only to wake up and finding out it’s not real. it’s like no matter how excited you get for future events, or how hard you even try, you know deep down you will never experience that same level of excitement and fulfillment. Because you missed out, and there is nothing you can do about it except to live with that guilt and depression for the rest of your life…I understand if I may sound overdramatic and mental, but before you can type “You need help,” I am just trying to express my deep disappointment and guilt in the most calm and rational way I possibly can. If your excited for this years event I am very happy for you all, I just wish I can too.

I get the passion and the disappointment and I am sorry this is upsetting you but I wouldn't necessarily jump to being "screwed and doomed" yet. We do not know for sure that they won't be included in the clown mashup zone. We have no definitive evidence yet that they won't be (nor that they ever were going to come, all just rumors.) That said, if they don't come this year, that doesn't mean they won't ever come back. HHN has repeated IPs multiple times before. It's not impossible.
