Is there typically a separate food thread? I feel like there should be considering how important the food has become to this event.

I second this - I think it's a great idea.

I saw a few influencer posts about the food from the preview caught a few treats I hadn't seen posted from the official account yet. It looks like there's some Steve Harrington kind of peanut butter treat from Stranger Things for example. I'll try to go back and post any others.

Carrot Cake. Notoriously the most metal of all of the cakes.

I was perplexed initially about the carrot cake too. I thought if it's Prince of Darkness cake surely it should be DARK chocolate. Then I thought wait didn't Ozzy famously like carrot cake? Why do I feel like that was a thing and sure enough it turns out it was.

Yeah, apparently he did famously like carrot cake. I didn’t know at all until Jackie/Super Enthused mentioned it in her video and then I googled it afterwards too which agreed. Which her video was great, showed off the food well, and yeah definitely some things that weren’t posted by HHN yesterday. And still more to come im sure.

Sorry for the double post but want to clarify on this - turns out this is a dessert item inspired by Hamikuma. It's one of those whipped cream sandwiches that are popular in Japan - with a bruleed top.

(Those sandwiches are fire btw so this just rocketed to the top of my list)

Yeah, but they ride bikes or in their brother's Camaro, don't recall a bus on the show.

Invasion could= space shuttle, I guess, but it's a stretch. But inclined to believe balloon for the carnival house really was coincidence.
