Each pic under "Images" gives the option of downloading the pic in Hi Res.

Josh I hope it's true! Not say it is but I hope. Also did anyone notice the big letters behind the legs in the leg picture? I think the full thing is Terra Throne. Just a thought. :)

Ok there is exactly one week until a full site update and this is my prediction on the 8 houses based on personal knowledge and the website:

1. A prison house - either Hellgate or Shadybrook
2. A zombie house - similar to Deadtropolis/Doomsday
3. A tribute house - Parade building and it will encompass the WHOLE building, its a huge house thats why the floats will be in the scarezones.
4. A ghost house (like Paranormal Activity)
5. A museum house - Maybe the Mummy or Universal's Museum of Horrors (from HHN 1-3)
6. An orphanage house - Cindy's house in the Jaws queue
7. A greek house - Minotaurs, medusa etc...
8. A military based house - This is Shadow Creek and it will be a military hospital or another Thing sequel house.

I will check back to this post in a week and see how far off I was and how right I was.

Hmmmm I like your idea as to why the parade floats will be in the scarezones........ Makes sense, matches up, and would be much awesome.

I will agree with you on those predictions 100%, but I have a question:

Where are those floats now? SS25? SS24? SS21? SS20? All getting HHN up'ed? Questions, Questions....

I would believe so, I don't have any confirmation or denial if the parade is coming back this year or not, I could have sworn that back in the day they left the floats out in the streets and then they gathered them up for the parade. All I know though is the parade house will be the biggest house probably ever.

I just realized that if they are using the floats for a scarezone then they wouldn't be in the other half of the parade building during HHN. Then maybe we would have our mega house!

The only reason I am questioning the mega-house/parade building, is the fact that they hired about the same number of scareactors this year. How would it work unless the scares were cut back drastically?

Do you think they would ever try Non-Actor Scares, like Animatronics or something similar?

I don't think they would. Those are pretty expensive... and to run the risk of people (drunk, or just jerks) vandalizing them? Seems unlikely in my opinion.

Well if it's a history house maybe scares are a little minimal and there's more things to look at. Crappy theory, though.

I think if there's a "ghost" house that's being investigated by LT, that house won't have many actors, more of an eerie feel with effects and noises. If that's the case, the difference is made up by having extras in the parade building.

They have before, The Thing house at HHN 17 had AA that would jump out at random to passing people. It was pretty neat and I think its what made that house so great.

I believe they were puppets not AA's from what I've read, but hey I didn't go that year I may be wrong...

But whatever they were it shows that they can create scares without actors, however a lot of the puppets got destroyed in that house by idiots I've heard so they might not want to use that scare tactic again due to the damage

Pneumatics break down, I have seen guys working on them in haunts trying to get them up and running.
Lowery Park Zoo (in Tampa) does all pneumatics and scenery for their ZooBoo, no actors, and it is not scary.
A house where it just scenery would work for me... if they did not push you through or yell at you when you stop to see something. But you know that would never happen!

Some were puppets yes, but there were a couple that were simple AA's to "assist" scare while a SA got them from another angle.
