I've asked this before....but who spends thousand of dollars on a trip and does zero research

One google search "WDW crowds" and you would see the red do not go tags on websites

For example when I go to Japan one day....I'm for sure watching videos on places....can I film? Crowds? Cultural differences? Prices? Merch? I mean so many things

I mean maybe if you live under a rock but most people in the state know summer and chritmas are packed at theme parks....and summer isn't even that bad any more but if kids are off you and you go to a theme park...what would you expect?

Anyway, good on USH, USF, Disneyland and WDW for being crowded they need the money from the kinda slow/normal year they have but I just won't understand why you come now and not in a week when no one is here....you pull your kids out of school....take time off work and go and if you can't afford to take off work you most likely shouldn't be at WDW anyway...

Also kinda side note, my feed normally is FILLED with Disneyland live streams but these past 2 weeks almost nothing compared....glad most people took off the two weeks and didn't pay 200 bucks to visit a place we can go to 50 other weeks in the year

They all went to Knotts instead. :lmao:

(to clarify if you can't take off because your a teacher, thats not what I'm taking about....I'm talking about those living pay check to pay check and in debt....spending money to go to WDW when you can't afford it)

I'm betting most visitors do not live in state.

You are also an enthusiast. You are assuming that everyone has the same knowledge and experiences as you, and that is just wildly inaccurate. There are tons of people who go to Disney who just get on their website and book a package. They do their research on Disney's website. I promise you there's no red do not go tags on there.

As for shaming people for when they can go..... just wow...

Now this is something I feel you would only ever see this time of year. This is what I would have planned to ride to escape the crowds, not to stand in an hour long wait. :lmao:

Of course if they ran the third train they wouldn’t have those waits.

Two things about the Christmas to New Years crowd…

1) There are a number of highly paid professions for whom this time of year is the only chance to completely unplug from work. Most professional offices either substantially slow down or actually shut down - so if you’re a partner at a consulting or law firm you can absolutely afford to come this time of year and you legitimately may not be able to get away from calls and emails the rest of the year.

2) This time of year may not have the highest percentage of international visitors to Orlando, but it’s the highest mix of non-Western Europe/South American visitors… ie, people who have to travel a long way to get here - because they have the time to do so now.
