I'd say you can expect the pyro flame bar to return once again. It's sort've USH's signature SZ enhancement. Fire effects make everything better! lol

As for AHS... I don't see it happening, however... this upcoming season "Hotel" will apparently be filming in California. So you never know.

The only hint Murdy gave for the entrance SZ is that it involves "a certain building I pass by driving home from work". (Wordage isn't on point but you get the idea) Murdy tweeted he lived in Whittier so what could it be?

The high school where they filmed BTTF is in Whittier.

Well... looks like we have to wait another 2 weeks or so before we get our first announcement <_<

Not excited considering that the first announcement will be the Walking Dead. You know it will be.

He'll have to go hell-running with Announcements in July then. I expect ScareLA to be something different than the past few years, more so. I think Terror Tram and the new creative director of HHN will be announced then and there. For then, I'm betting The Walking Dead will get announced first in July. Then followed by a lot more announcements.

We got a new update; Horror Night Updaters is at Universal and noticed Larry Bones (Boneyard Effects) going into the former CSI stages. Also, it seems that Wood is coming to those stages by the ten-fold. It seems we will be getting house locations.

I really hope it's the Globe theater. We need more "big" venues.

I'd imagine this means another maze in the Parisian Courtyard.

That would be my guess as well. Bummer but hopefully they make better use of space than what they did for Dracula: Untold last year.

They need to get rid of those long, dark, empty hallways halfway through the maze. Both Dracula Untold and El Cucuy suffered from this issue.

Finally have time to post. I was at Universal yesterday and noticed Larry Bones (Boneyard FX) was going into one of the CSI sound stages with some crew members. The infamous industrial dumpsters where they keep all the wood was located right out side the SS entrance. I do remember Larry Bones saying on Facebook they needed to start HHN production earlier this year, maybe another effects heavy house? He was seen around Stage 747 last year too. Bruce mentioned it could be a new scare base which makes a lot of sense. It will be interesting to see what happens. 

EDIT: Forgot to mention a new survey is out regarding ticket pricing and ticket options.

So Orlando is definitely getting a maze based on a movie that hasn't come out yet, will Hollywood use the same property?

Crimson Peak doesn't look that paralyzing, more of an "attention to detail" type of maze. And we've seen nothing Krampus related anywhere. Who's to say that movie doesn't get pushed back. Studio execs are famous for that.

Legendary has mentoned both Crimson Peak and Krampus will be at SDCC this year. Chances are a trailer for Krampus will come that time and so will a house announcement of either one. My guess is that Orlando gets Crimson and we get Krampus.
