"Uncomfortably"

I do not understand people riding a water ride NOT WANTING TO GET WET lol.

Jurassic Park River Adventure is one of my favorite rides at IOA, but the few times I've sat in the front row, my clothes have gotten completely soaked, which put a major damper on the rest of my day. I love the theming on Popeye and Dudley, but I never ride them for this reason. I feel that WDW strikes a comfortable balance with the amount you get wet on their water rides.

Yes, for the blue targets that have the X on them. The targets that have the fire symbol don't trigger water effects(?). If you hit the blue X targets, there are some fun water effects that trigger that could get you really wet. :)

Yes.

But the thing is, you get soaked if other people near you do. Or the people behind you on the boat who aren't in your party. Or if the other boat behind you decides to open fire on you when you turn around the bend and are side by side.

If no one else is on the ride but you, you can get off the ride barely sprinkled at all. But unfortunately we do not exist in a vacuum, so prepare to be drenched—cause it's possible.

Reminds me of those f*ckers shooting me from the Me Ship Olive.

At least the stupid Lego Chima ride lets you shoot back! :lmao:

Off topic to HTTYD, but I love seeing folks wearing a poncho on Popeye's, only to emerge as drenched as those who didn't wear one lol I change from my sneakers to flip flops and know I will be soaked in 30 seconds lol

I was honestly hoping for a little more out of the Dragons themselves. There will be a tail or head sticking out of a Dragon Birdhouse, but it's just a statue.

Super Nintendo World is just so kinetic, and really shows just how much can be motorized and turned into animatronic-type effects. Even simple bobbing movements would be fine for most of them, but I feel like the majority of the Dragons in the land are simply static figures.

The ones that are moving are so cool, that it makes the use of statues even more apparent. There are living dragons breathing fire and fighting over fish next to me, and across the bridge there's the same static figures they made for the SLOP dogs in USF's New York. Just a weird thing that didn't help a land which I already wasn't immediately awestruck by.
