Turns out Warner Bros did file a trademark for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child as a movie title a while back. Deny it all they want. They are thinking about it.

I think in 10 years they will reboot the whole series. Rebooting will allow them to make books 4 - 7 either longer or turn them into 2 parters. So much stuff got cut from books 4 - 6.

I would prefer Cursed Child with the big three back and new material trilogies from Rowling. Anything is possible. Wizarding World and Star Wars are going to have new movies forever. I wonder if we will see yearly WW movies like Star Wars?

What I would actually like is an animated series which has each episode equal to one chapter in the book. I would show it on Netflix so that they don't have to worry about runtimes.

hopefully they get someone who can make a good screenplay, ok I loved the first fantastic beasts and I was waiting for the sequel, yet it wasn't the critical darling everyone wanted it to be.
point being...if they do go ahead with a film, they gotta think of a way to bring back the fans. so...a amazing script, if they can manage that, they are golden.
