Now we've seen the cars, what do we think about the launch system changing. I don't think it will now.

This picture shows the metal beam down the middle of the train,

Just like the old one here which is used for both the tyre launch and brakes.

As you can see on the Thunderbird train though, the blue beam is for the brakes, and the silver M like bit in the middle goes around the magnets of the LIM. With Hulk not having anything that would go around a LIM, I think we're keeping the tyre launch!

They may not of changed the method for launching being tires, but they likely tuned it to be most cost effective with computer/power consumption upgrades

It just hit me that the water dummies look like hooded hostages. Kinda creepy for a theme park.

Maybe they are actual hooded hostages. Could be those software computer guys and engineers that didn't do a good job on Kong's Wifi communication system. Just a thought. :shh:

Kind of reminds me of the Marvel Comics battles in the 60's. Thing vs. Hulk

It's amazing how suddenly, the old train looks so dated.

I do wish we had some kind of unique mash-up attractions like this somehow, would make it interesting

Just stood near Hulk as it was testing. It is not silent but it is much quieter than before.

I think when people see "silent", they are taking it literally. In comparison, it's much more quieter and for the sake of ease, people just say "Silent Hulk". It's much better than "Less Louder than Before Hulk".

Yeah, I was just standing outside Confisco looking at my phone and didn't even notice it launched until it hit the cobra roll. It seems to be pretty subtle now.

Sounds more or less like most other coasters now.
