That could be the case. All of the key art for IPs they've realized do somewhat resemble tarot cards. I imagine we'll see them in that form somewhere in the park.

I honestly believe this zone will be in Hollywood, as we have already seen circus/clown theming in that area. It's possible the zone might span across both Production Central and Hollywood.
