From the limited info I have heard, I would expect an Epic spin on an old effect (for which media production being involved would make total sense).

Looking back at this concept arts, this concept art in particular looks like this could be the finale or leading to the finale with Jack and Oddfellow finally joining forces since throughout the house we could probably see them at each other's throat before reluctantly joining forces, note that the skull that they're standing is also Oddfellow's Crystal Skull, which only mean that they've unleashed the evil from it upon us.


This scene seems to be a version of Shadybrook with a little nod to also Beetlejuice's Price is Fright show from the 90s. and this scene has to be a screen that would pass or forward towards similar to the screen of the moving train in Hatchet & Chains last year or the screen seen behind Eddie and Dustin of the flying demobats in ST during HHN 32.

Oh that's awesome, I gotta rewatch the panel then but yeah the one scene is Shadybrook with a game show style twisted, I also love that Oddfellow looks like how he had placed Jack in the Box all those years ago, its a little touch, also I can't wait to hear the dialogue both will throw at each other which they gave us a little hint of it.

Slanted Floor/Hallway. I was wondering if we were ever going to see that type of gag return, last time was my first year in 2018 with Seeds of Extinction. So it'll be neat seeing what effect they pull off with the video screens paired with it.

I don’t see why they would. The killing children is part of who Jack is.

It’s one of the few aspects of his story that makes him actually menacing, so I’m okay with it. I get the sentiment around nixing it, but don’t expect they’ll attempt that

The thing is, depending upon the house structure, it doesn’t NEED to be mentioned

if Jack’s creating his own world, we could just see chaos and dead bodies, that’s all

Not acknowledging it is not dropping it, it’s just deciding it isn’t necessary to THIS story

And, honestly, it could never be acknowledged again and (as long as the stories are good) that would be fine

Remember, Krueger killed kids, but eventually moved onto teenagers because the kids grew up

If we use that logic, Jack is over 100 years old, so I guess he should be going after centenarians at this point

He’s also killed grownups at every stage show he has had

(Read as 18+ year olds are fine victims for him overall)
