Universal in general. I think it's the perfect time to announce kong seeing as it has already started construction and the entire world knows what it is. If they just announce it right off the bat like nothing happened then I would be more than happy. If they keep prolonging it like transformers or diagon when it's just painfully obvious what's coming then it'll just become old and annoying. "We have a big announcement today...doh!!!" Ughhh you guys

Singapore: New 2014 ride announcement for Revamping Battlestar and hints twords Mystery plot near Far Far away

Japan: New nighttime show

Hollywood: Fum Lums, More Info on Springfield/Nighttimetours/WWOHP

Orlando: Hints twords Citywalk Phase II, King Kong/JPRA Revamp announcement, Reveal of Kidzone Closure (Mentoning that ET and Animal Actors

will not be touched)

But, this is all Speculation and all opinion so I think we'll see...

Too many announcements for Orlando, remember they make announcements for after HHN and around new years.

My guess would be Cabana part 2, New show taking over BMG, Kidzone Closure (if rumors are true that they will begin to deconstruct after HP) and original maze content for HHN.

I don't think a new show is replacing BMG. I think Kidszone closure will happen but HHN... Mabye a cross announcement with Hollywood but

besides that, no. just no. And isn't the lazy river for Cabana part II? The reason why I am saying that a lot of announcements is this... Next

year is the 25th year anniversary of USO being open. It makes more sense to announce more due to that as its 25 years of being immersed to

movies in Orlando. And if they wana do something, then they're going to announce big things.

Universal would be smart to stagger the openings of their new attractions from this point on.......example: King Kong for June 2015......Kids Zone for November 2015. That would encourage more frequent visits and keep Universal "fresh"........and really PO Disney.

I don't think they will mention Singapore or Japan but that sounds about right for everything else. I don't think they will announce kidzones closure because that just causes trouble. I feel like when that gets taken down it'll be a Facebook post like jaws or neutron. Just so they don't get a bunch of people saying "THEY NEVER KEEP THEIR CLASSICS!!!" I think it will be a small announcement like the HD Spider-Man and despicable me one they did in 2011. Nothing too major or revealing. Just saying "we got kong and more restaurants" that's what I'm expecting

2) Knowing Uni, I'm not expecting anything major to be announced, but it would be the perfect time to announce Kong and the 25th anniversary plans

The reason why I am saying the theory of this is due to that if they wana do something big, the best idea is for Universal to say more than just Orlando as a

lot of things are happening in the world. Singapore is getting something this year, Hollywood is getting F&F, Springfield, night tour for 2015 and potter 2016,

I have a feeling Japan is going to get something next year (Probably something small) but theres a lot of things happening in the parks that I think they would

not just focus on Orlando. And it would work as for a glimpse to the future of Universal Parks and resorts for the later year of 2014-2016.

Really think it would be a perfect time for those two announcements? I feel like they have enough publicity coming in with Potter and it would be better if they announce their 2015 plans later in the year in order to keep the ball rolling and keep publicity high. You announce it now, release more details later. Easy.

I don't think they make a big deal about KidZone until late next year. As is they're closing small stuff that people won't miss.

IMO if they announce Kong, it will just get lost in the Potter Buzz. So later when they start adding details, people will be like "didn't they announce that already". I think they are better waiting until the initial Potter hysteria dies down a bit to get more attention.

To be honest, I don't think it matters much. I personally think it would be a good idea to announce it at the event though as it could give people on vacation this summer a reason to start thinking about coming back next year already.

This. Announce it, throw a few signs up around the construction area in IoA, and you have instant pull for 2015.

-city walk update
- first horror nights house (video shot in the VIP room)
- kong
When is the announcement happening by the way? If it's a couple days after potter opens or before then I don't think we will get anything big

Yeah, more CityWalk announcements wouldn't shock me.
