Final thought on who our villain is...
Well Kang is a piece of this puzzle, but this show is called Loki. It began with Loki getting caught because the TVA catches the hell out of Loki's, Sylvie came into play, and then a bunch of Loki variants came into play last episode. I don't think it can end in any way than with a Loki-on-Loki square off (Or potentially even Sylvie turns on our Loki). I think the episode is going to focus on a President/King Loki and we won't see Kang until either the very end of the show or a post-credits scene.

The #1 reason I think we aren't seeing much if any Kang in this episode is because all we've seen of Kang in this series is a crap ton of easter eggs or comic connections. The only people that would guess Kang are people like us who know things like this. There's also only one episode left so introducing an entirely new character who's supposedly the big bad would feel... tonally off. Introducing a new Variant version of Loki makes it so they can introduce our big bad in the last episode of the series and they won't have to do the heavy lifting of introducing a "new character" since we've done such a deep dive on Loki's in this series. Sure, they'll have to explain who the Loki is, why he's the bad guy in the series, etc, but that should only take a few minutes of time as opposed to how rushed it would feel introducing Kang and utilizing him in a fight in the same episode.

My biggest question is will Tom's Loki die? Sylvie? A potential Variant Void ruling Loki? Mobius? Someone's gonna die and I wouldn't be surprised if it's literally any of those.
I have the same mental block over accepting the Kang is the big villain theories going around. It feels unearned to have someone completely new to be the big villain after working through the structure of the TVA.

I also think Tom's Loki won't die because they keep saying Lokis survive. Plus with the tons of variants, you can have him back at the drop of a hat. At this point, with everything a Loki, I think some form of Loki will be the villain, but it really can go anywhere at this point.

I literally clapped when the short mid-credits played because... reasons. But we didn't get Bohner'd by a long shot! Can we have that No Way Home trailer now??

So just like it was Agatha All Along, it was Kang All Along. I think what we've learned from these Disney+ shows is if something seems too obvious that it can't possibly be what is going to happen, it's probably going to happen. The reason for that is because it's only obvious to Marvel or comics geeks, so the general public had no idea who Agatha was or who Kang was/is even after this episode really.

I was saying beforehand that the only reason I didn't think it would be Kang was because they'd have to spend too much time introducing a new character in the finale episode which, tbh, I think they did waste a lot of time, especially in a short-ish episode, but overall, it worked. Jonathan Majors was absolutely incredible, and thought this was a great introduction to his character.

I was at least right that we'd get some loki v. loki action and Sylvie would turn on our Loki, but when she said towards the end "but i'm not you" was that supposed to be interpreted as she's not a Loki or...? I had sort of guessed that may happen, but i'm still unsure what she actually meant there.

The only thing that really has me questioning anything is that we have Shang-Chi, Hawkeye, and Eternals before we get to No Way Home and Multiverse of Madness. How am I supposed to watch the next two movies and pretend that Kang ain't out there and the multiverse isn't broken wide open?

Despite the entire episode being one massive exposition dump - this is easily the strongest finale of the 3 shows so far and probably the strongest overall series. And those last few minutes gave me chills…

I love that they went all Twilight Zone with the ending. Spectacular!

Probably sooner rather than later if you’re trying to avoid spoilers.

I absolutely love that WandaVision, Loki, Spider-Man and Doctor Strange will have a a through line as a compendium for the Multiverse. It reminds me of how comic book arcs are formatted, such as Civil War and the Infinity Saga, where you need to read different comic book series issues to get the full story. Feige truly is a genius,

I love that this show actually has weight/ramifications for the films. It really rids the notion that you don’t need to see these shows for the MCU to work. Yes, things like White Vision/Sam as Cap are important, but this literally destroyed everything we know. That’s huge. This show alone could explain why we have SamCap or White Vision (if those shows didn’t exist).

Majors was brilliant. Super excited about him as a true villain. “Silvie grow up” gave me chills for some reason.

Add in What If and Quantumania, and it's increasingly clear just how thoroughly planned this phase kind of is, in an insane and remarkable way.

Genuinely impressed by this show; as I can't wait for a season two.

With Ant-Man, it’s kind of genius too. It’s no secret the two Ant-Man movies did not perform like most other Marvel films, so by making it a potential bookend to the multiverse saga is a great way to get butts in theater seats.

Also wouldn’t be surprised if we hear about other characters being included.

This Season of TV and this Finale alone holds more weight and stakes than many of the movies actually did. This is essential viewing for the future of the MCU.

I would go so far as to say that not only is this the best MCU series, but it's the best show on Disney+ period as I really enjoyed every episode thoroughly, even that one episode (three) where it was the low point of the series for most.

I can't believe that a finale that was 95% talking in a single room could change everything. But there we go!

I think I still preferred Wandavision but this was a good series.

Kang's final line was great and kind of haunting. "See you soon ".

Also, as someone working on one of the upcoming MCU films, I'm excited for all of you to see what's coming! This Loki series (and to an extent, WandaVision as well) have really put things into hyperdrive for what's in store. It's gonna be really cool.

Had a few hours and thinking, I'd rank MCU's TV outings as thus:

1: Falcon & The Winter Soldier (by the skin of it's teeth)
2: Loki (by the skin of it's teeth)
3: Wandavision (Some bits bog it down, but I do like it)

Loki feels like something that genuinely takes my breath away for just how much they were able to squeeze into the six episodes. I wish it was seven, but I don't mind it--especially with Season 2 on the way.

I think about this too, and it's a legitimate testiment to just how well they managed to balance a exposition-heavy episode like this, to still make it spectacular. And I think Jonathan Majors, seemingly playing Immortus; really does the role intense justice. I can't wait to see what he does with the Kangs; especially as the phase goes on and we see the aftermath of Sylvie affect the entire MCU.

Make no mistake--Sylvie is this Saga's Loki in more ways than I think we give her credit for. Especially in her actions, she creates the multiverse and therefore, the conqueror to come in. I'm intensely curious to see how she goes further in the future; if she'll be classified as the MCU's interpretation of The Enchantress; as a way to justify that she isn't a "Loki" variant.

Had they not quickly confirmed that with Loki, I wouldve felt way different about the finale than I do since they left open a lot of plot lines. Although with the multiverse branching like it is, I kind of think leaving things open ended fits the show.

Not a fan of multi-timelines, but this was well done. I hope it leads to those three MCU movies and then they tie it up.

TVA sets were awesome.

Loki - Loki attraction to each other (ourselves?) was uncomfortable but perfect for this character.

Kang intro was awesome. Was that variant Immortus?

Great show all around. Just wished we had a jet-ski scene at the end.

I think the Multiverse needs to be done very well to succeed. I think Feige can pull it off, but I do think they run the risk of losing the MCU's bread and butter audience - the general public. People that don't read comic books and may not even have seen all MCU movies. All of that was fine before, but now it seems like if you aren't watching the Disney+ shows, you're at a disadvantage and multiverses are just hard to grasp anyway.

I do believe that was Immortus. Now that the head has is chopped off, there will likely end up being a Kang that rises to that post of Immortus again - hell, It looked like someone already did rise to that post and as he said, they were much more dictator-like about it.

Jet-Ski scene will come. They know we want it now. I'm not sure they were expecting it to be so anticipated during this season.

A side note, I love that they're giving in-universe reasoning to the multiverses only now showing up and impacting the story.
