Seaworld was asked about that by someone, can't remember who now, their answer was something along the line that it makes the ride more dynamic. One less row diminishes the weight, so less resistance, keeps the overall velocity of the ride higher.I didn't realize that Mako will only have seven rows. What would be the reason vs the usual 8 rows for b&m's? I guess for that matter why is Apollos 9 rows?
