The thing is the IPs Nintendo 100% own are nothing like each other. I know there is a lot of conjecture for Nintendo to focus on as few IPs as possible but in the press release Nintendo said the purpose of them going into theme parks was to help increase their sales. Focusing solely on two of their most popular IPs (Mario and Donkey Kong) already won't give them what they want which is why I think they would use this as an opportunity to expose more of their properties like Kirby and Fire Emblem.
Fire Emblem, Kirby, Mario and Friends, Zelda, Donkey Kong, Earthbound, Animal Crossing, Pikmin, Pokemon (Nintendo has 49% ownership while game freak has 51% so its owned by both but Nintendo isn't majority owner) and Metroid don't exactly fall into similiar aesthetics and a vastly different worlds. A fan of Metroid would most likely hate Animal Crossing because its too cutesy with talking animals.
If they do add Nintendo to Cinespec they should just do a orchestra medley of all the great hits from Nintendo ranging from Zelda's Lullaby to Super Marios Theme to Gourment Race (Kirby) even Go K.K Rider from Animal Crossing.
