Nintendo is so random sometimes I love it.

This is terrifying to me for two reasons. First of all, it means it will probably be at least one more year before we get a fully new Animal Crossing. And second of all, it means the team is still trapped in the "dollhouse, aesthetic and design over personality and soul" mindset that made ACNH such a polarizing game to begin with. I really hoped they would've listened to the negative reception and reconciled the features that endeared the new audience to the series with the missing features, personality and not completely dry writing that were missing.

lol

Don't Blame me...you start with Metriod you dont hide it after Zelda and Kirby...if it does fail this is on Nintendo

Games are 70 bucks now and releasing 3 within a month is a risk.

Plus Pikman and AC are getting updates.....so no idea what they were thinking

Anyway I hope it does well, I got the Prime remake...so I did my job, lol

At launch for full price?

When Samus Returns came out on 3DS I bought it AND the limited edition console even though I knew that game would likely be my last game I ever bought and played for the 3DS (and it indeed was). Even though I’ll never sell it it was a good investment ;)

Also Metroid Prime takes precedent over Zelda and Kirby spinoffs.

Day one for the remake yes sir, I wanted to support it...and then they didn't remaster the other 2......fun

I get it but also I'm just more of a Zelda person and it has co op my wife and I can play together

I'm just gaming less and like I said before I have game pass and PS plus, so really no reason for me to be spending more on gaming...especially now that games cost more

Sadly the Peach game is 40 bucks...so I'll keep waiting for it to drop

Looks like Zelda will be my only first party game this year, I'll grab games that go on super sale for Black Friday but those will mostly be third party stuff

110% agree. My issues with New Horizons go way deeper than bulk crafting.

I hope we get a new game within the next 12 months, and I hope the villagers feel like actual characters again and not endlessly happy NPCs. I hope they have online play that functions, with actual minigames and activities to enjoy with friends like New Leaf had. I hope they bring back upgradable shops and ways to feel like I'm investing and building up my community in functional ways. I don't just want to make my town nice visually, I want the design to actually effect my gameplay at all.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons made a very pretty and polished dollhouse, and gave you incredibly clunky tools to decorate it, and nothing to actually do with it all once it's all built. I just want New Leaf 2, man.

I agree with IGN and don’t think there’s any broken promise here as the game isn’t internally developed or even solely developed by GameFreak. Nintendo’s publishing The Duskbloods next year as well and I’m pretty sure that will be a key card.

Pokémon Pokopia will cost $70 and only be available physically as a Game-Key Card, it appears — something that has stunned some Nintendo fans.
