They kinda fix that by saying that you are going behind the scenes and onto the set.

Tonight Show is not filmed on a massive soundstage, either way, I'm sure they've put thought into what it'll look like.

Maybe the top half will be a mural painted on :look:

Buck up, it won't be painted on. I believe the windows of the skyscraper may be working windows. Stay tuned.

If they don't build a 1:1 replica of 30 Rock here, they're being incredibly cheap and I will NEVER visit Universal again!

And then you look at Kong's facade and think "Wow, we've come so far"

Not to worry, it will be the full 70 stories. Budget $7.8 billion.

And if Disney builds it, it will be 69 1/2 stories surrounded by amazing rock work for $15.6 Billion.

You mean 6.5 stories and surrounded by $8 worth of tinfoil painted brown that WDI charged WDW $15.6 billion for along with a series of ParksBlog posts from Blondie about the WDI Expedition to New York for 10 years (in which they never left the reststop on the turnpike - which is the basis of the design of the queue experience.)

Personally curious, but for the parts that aren't covered by the 30 rock facade, will those parts be treated to a detailed mural of NYC with some forced perspective?

I could see that being possible as its working extremely helpful with Kong, and it'd help well as a possible transition of Production Central and NY Street.

Just curious to what they'll be doing, as it has possible sense.

Kong benefits from having distance between the viewer and the facade, plus actual depth between the facade elements. Fallon looks like it wont have the benefit of either. I'm assuming it'll keep the Soundstage look - the rest of the park on both sides of it does.

Wow, it looks like everyone forgot about this attraction, or doesn't care. :) Any hoot, Orlando Parks News .com just posted some new photos of Fallon's construction.

I think it's mostly the lack of caring. Outside the facade, not too much to look forward to so far.
