I believe that is what I was told but I really can't remember. A lot of good stuff was coming down the pipeline back then or shortly after.

Personally curious, didn't you say that it was going to be similar to how BGW has its flying theatre? Or has that changed to something similar to this? Because this would make sense of my theory in a sense that I posted a while ago.

Yeah, that wasn't the ride system they are using, last I noticed...

God, those Chinese are such bastard copycats. Although, a lot of the copying is done by other U.S. companies working for them.

So wait, what type of ride system are they using then for the Flying Theatre? From what you said, I believe you said that the seats could go in a vertical position; which was why I guessed of the ride system being similar to what I showed.

It's mid-May, a historically slow time of year, even up to recent years.

If anything, I said that I hoped it could go vertical in spite of it being unlikely. It is basically a mini theater type seating. During the show the floor can rise and pitch in all directions. The big question is how much can it pitch. 45 degrees? 60 degrees? This I do not know.

Yeah, it's amazing to me how shameless they copy things in China, they don't even give a hint that they're trying to be original.

If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then Chinese imitation is the sincerest form of copyright infringement. :p

Sometimes I wonder this too, maybe it is just busy and less-than-busy :)

That said, I notice it is busier wait time wise this year, I think a ride more or less makes a difference, I wonder if this difference will be huge come summer.

wrong thread for that post...anyways even if we get the BGW system as long as the fans blast to the level they do in that park....it should be a nice cool down on a hot day.

That was one reason I thought that the Oceaneering design was so interesting. It showed the rows being lifted up a tower 90 degrees/perpendicular to placement in front of the screen. However, if it Dynamics, I am sure that it will be enjoyable as well. I used to not be too big on simulators and these types of attractions but I find myself enjoying them a lot more. Gives me a chance to recover from the thrill rides that have thoroughly discombobulated me.

Also, a big thank you to Teebin and others here for the answers and information provided. I am 900 miles away and it great to get this kind of information and feedback. Helps me live vicariously through this site. It's also nice to be able to ask questions without receiving snarky answers.

Losing people eaters like Twister, Disaster, and even Beetlejuice DOES make a difference. All those people are in line for other rides now. Straight Outta Fish is just not cutting it.
