Knowing how huge Shrek has gotten on the internet recently, they would be stupid to not bring the original voice actors back and do just one more movie.

Doubt it. But they shouldn't retcon Shrek 2. Best movie in the series, IMO. They can totally retcon 3 and 4 though.
