I think the reuse of the infrastructure is delaying this coaster. It may not be as structurally strong as they hoped.

I bet it's those damn stairs. Too unstable to build there regardless of whether they build over them or take them out.

Throwing out a thought:

What if SFMM announces the delayment of the Vekoma Thrill Glider to 2027--but as compensation, they announce X3; and talk about the changes that'd be coming for this iteration in comparison.

Maybe announce something quirky with some of the seats, like free spinning?

I'm seeing many people on Memberships are getting free upgrades with the All Parks Passport added for free to the passes until 2026

So Six Flags for sure is making great moves to make people want to come to the parks, lets see if it pays off

I don't know if I'd want that... the placement of the spinning is already pretty ideal. Plus, I'd imagine there could be some physical issues with free-spinning seats on a 200 foot near vertical drop.

I have a legacy membership, and haven't heard anything yet... but when I wrote Six Flags, they did say to stay tuned until around mid-Aug for announcements about memberships, and kind of nudged me against getting a Knott's AP for now

Hopefully, I'm seeing people on Reddit/facebook posting these emails

Also for those wanting more info on the new Six Flags passes

Where did everyone buy their passes from for 2026? SFMM or Knotts?
