Honestly, it's really nice to see a family coaster added to a Six Flags park on this scale. I love how much these Intamin Straddle Coasters have taken off over the past few years—they make for a great family coaster model.

I'm pleased as punch to see a new coaster coming, let alone something the family can enjoy AND it doesn't immediately strike me as a copy paste! Wins all around, and probably an indication they may be retheming the area to a more steampunk vibe soon too, given the name and prominence in the land.

Great and much needed addition to this park.

Holy crap— something must have really gone wrong in testing to push this back a year and have all the other Intamin coasters like it close:

Really curious to hear what the story is here. Can’t remember something like this happening - at least, not in recent memory.

In the Sea World thread, the tire launch system was bring brought up. But now another, different (usually reliable) source I know says he's heard from multiple people that it has something to do with the restraints. A different coaster board claimed that Dar Koaster at BGW noticed something, and it snowballed from there.

Yeah, the main rumor that I've been hearing has been the DarKoaster one. Something happened in June regarding the trains which the park brought up to Intamin, and there's been a parts recall. That's the main gist of the rumor, but it does line up with the other straddle coasters going down/being delayed as an important part recall on the trains would shut them down.
