Small building behind Fallon/Rockit?

So ... what was with this building?

Every HHN I can remember has had guests exiting soundstage houses back towards New York using a path that passed right by a specific small building, with a large exhaust pipe that spat a vapor out into the guest path.

I've always questioned that building, and now with Rip Ride Rock-It officially shuttered, that exhaust is out of guest view (and paths) for the first time in years.

I had a solid ground-level photo from last HHN, but unfortunately it was lost when my phone broke earlier this year. Here's the best shot of it I can find from a Bioreconstruct photo.




Can any permit sleuthers or former Fallon / Rockit TMs shed some light on what this building was? What was that vapor? (I'm certain it was just water, but I still held my breath walking past it haha) Does anyone else remember this thing?

I think it's the glasses cleaning area for Fallon? Can be wrong.

At first I thought this was referring to the Blue Man Group building (formerly the stuff of legends, a.k.a. Nickelodeon Studios), because I heard it could be visible from Rockit's queue. LOL
