Disney can built (relatively) faster when they have the motivation. Plus you're dealing with just a showbuilding being built on a plot of land thats been shovel ready since 2021. Here's hoping a timeline on this gets confirmed at Destination D23 2025.

I think Late 2027 sounds about right. Would be right before the Olympics and during the new Avengers movies.

My concern, when I watch these Imagineers talk about this attraction, is that they could be talking about an Avengers attraction, a Buzz Lightyear attraction, a Star Wars attraction, an Avatar attraction... They don't mention the IP, the characters, the story at all.

They are very excited about the engineering and technical "innovation" (hand-off from one vehicle system to another), the kick line dance aesthetic, etc. They don't mention anything about being inspired by Marvel and the kinds of fantasies Marvel fans have (of which I suspect "go through simulation training" is far, far down the list!).

It feels like they're creating a generic ride system and what IP it's used for is beside the point.

True, but this is nothing more than a glorified flat ride. It’s more if a nice bonus ride to have for capacity.

after seeing more of this ride system it really is a shame the original e ticket diddnt work out, a much more themed experience combined with the FJ system it would truly be next level.
