There's one thing that I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on.

Before you get to Pinestraw's Mom, there's an empty rocking chair with a hat. Shortly after, there's another rocking chair, this time with a mannequin in it wearing the same hat. Any idea who that's meant to symbolize, and why they might be rematerializing?

I noticed that too last night! Really wish I could do the lights on tour for this one. It's shot up to my HOTY

The lights on tour was great for this, but I don't remember them specifically mentioning anything about the rocking chair

In the case of this house, I'm 90% it's metaphorical. Entering the cemetery you meet everyone whose come before you ("you're not the first") and enter the grave (the Skeleton creatures say "Soon") then return to the Blues House with the Collector on your tail.
