This will be the most underrated house of 2025.

Surprised it’s not an encapsulating WWE house

Would you believe me if I told you I am actually super excited of this house for Hollywood, and that I think it might be better than Orlando's?

I’m so annoyed, I don’t even know where to begin lol I’ll go in with an open mind and see what they got, but even as a HUGE WWE fan, I can honestly say this is a waste of a potential great horror property.

Okay I'm intrigued by the designs but I have absolutely no frame of reference for this. Is there a YouTube video I can watch that explains their deal.

I think this will have the same vibe as a Rob Zombie music video from 1999.

The Jurassic Overflow venue has failed to have a "bad" house. Atleast--from everything I've seen of videos and of testimonies.

A few months back Murdy had talked about how little he actually had a stake in with wrestling, and I think if I was Murdy; I would be taking the ideas and characters of the Wyatt Sicks...and explore it in a place that makes sense contextually to their origins. It's why the swamp shack facade seems genuinely fascinating to me. Makes me think this will be a very atmospheric and natural-dense filled house.

See I had heard good things about that house. Maybe I should recheck things.

Insidious 2017 technically won house of the year, but it was a pretty patently awful lineup. It had its moments, but it paled in comparison to the Insidious houses that came before and after.

More to the point, though, the venue locations matter less here than they do in Orlando (though the soundstages obviously have more inherent build and layout flexibility). It's ultimately a concrete block where they put a tent.

This is true, at least from my standpoint, so there is some possible saving grace there.

I have no idea about Wyatt Sicks, will they have a kind of Firefly or Sawyer family kind of vibe, maybe with a dash of Hills Have Eyes?

Watch the Wyatt’s perform in a tag team TLC match for the tag belts that they are defending at SummerSlam this weekend (Sunday). Insidious 2017 was the best maze that year. Wyatt house will deliver and I can’t wait to see the doubters turn into believers.

I've got an open mind about it. This should be a complete re-contextualisation where some scary WWE characters are transplanted into a full horror setting. It's not like they'll be wrestling in there lol. I haven't watched WWE since I was a kid, not a knock on them, I can appreciate what they do, but I spend that watch time on rugby, cricket, and NFL.

Definitely down for HHN to try something new, or at least something that hasn’t been done in 25 years. Also excited for JP queue to be back.

With so much horror out there, do we need to push the boundaries of what horror is? Like seriously? I'd argue this is easily more horror than The Weeknd or maybe even Fallout, but there are so many true horror IPs that still have yet to come to HHN, that pushing the boundaries feels like it is starting to weaken the product. And every year we get brand new horror IPs, like a Terrifier, or Smile, Barbarian, etc. or even revisiting old ones like Nosferatu or Candyman (both under Univesal's banner), that it truly is mind boggling to see the need to go this route.

I get why they would take big swings at Stranger Things or A Quiet Place, whether they're a miss or not, but stretching this far? For the sake of what, reaching a new audience? Here's the top 10 highest grossing horror movie franchises we still haven't tackled that are viable for a maze: IT, Sinners (obviously brand new), Silence of the Lambs, The Conjuring Universe, The Ring, The Grudge, Scream, I Know What You Did Last Summer, 28 Days/Weeks/Years Later, Resident Evil...I have to imagine any one of these has a bigger pull than WWE. WWE couldn't even get their own brands of horror movies (See No Evil, Leprechaun, Incarnate) off the ground, why would their fans care for a horror maze?

Just would love to sit in on these executive meetings to hear the reasoning and see the data -- is all I am saying lol
