I was looking around youtube for HULK and I found this cool night video that shows the new launch lighting (I admit, its cool!)

Hulk has been closed at 3:50 and has not opend its still closed now so hopefully some work will be going on hoping for a repaint.

Yes it was closed at 3:30 so I hope hulk is going to close for a few weeks for a referb and repaint.

On topic, I rode Hulk Monday.
My ride on Rockit was rougher, actually. I got stuck on the lift hill and really got to see some pretty cool things like the new light effect and the strobes at the end, as well as where the ride launches. My ride was without sound, so it was quite freaky not knowing when it will launch.
And it was my hundredth ride on the Hulk!! I do agree it should be refurbished for aesthetic purposes, but the roughness lies, I'm pretty sure, in the vehicles themselves.

I couldn't agree more. Most of the times I go on Hulk the only part that bothers me is the turn just before the brake run, I think its kind of rough, other than that the rest of the ride is pretty smooth for me. However I have to agree that this painting is long overdue, the supports alone look bad.

Yeah, that part gets to me often... And yes, the painting is really needed for the look of the ride.

Wouldn't it be cool if they placed reflective paint on the parts of the track that the train doesn't touch, and then install headlights on the vehicles (besides the much needed sound, haha)?
