Even if it isn't showlit, the prison scene shown (which, it's no surprise that it's in the attraction) looks great.

What are the holes in the brick wall for? It seems like somethings going to be put in there.

If I were to guess, that's where they'll put the attractions name, and wait time.

By the way, does anyone know what the official name will be? It can't be " The Walking Dead Attraction."...right?

It's cool to see the lights on while they're still adjusting it, you never see that stuff from mazes

Seems like they did a really terrible job with this helicopter. Lots of problems:

1) The helicopter looks like it's floating from certain angles. (See the photo from Jon's post up thread: http://www.ushforums.com/index.php?/topic/863-the-walking-dead-attraction/&do=findComment&comment=37401)

2) The supports are visible.

3) The buildings that it's supposed to be resting on don't show any damage (except for a broken chimney, perhaps).

4) It looks like it will draw your eyes upward the plain blue show building. (How hard would it have been for them to build a taller facade?)

Yup. Sadly all by design.

Heard the holes in the wall are screens that will warn guests this is a walk-through attraction and not a ride. Can anyone confirm?

I would assume warning signs, yes, but screens? That's interesting... that said, I don't think a child will make it past the queue if a parent tries.

When the smoke effects are turned on, you won't see most of that.

I guess we'll see! But it's hard to imagine there's going to be a big plume of smoke. I suspect it will just be a small amount.

I assume it's accidental; but here is the picture that the USHForums twitter posted out of the attraction sign for TWDA.

Why I say 'accidental' is due to that the link actually redirect's to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter page.

If Butterbeer steins are really that horrifying, then Murdy missed out the opportunity of having a house dedicated to it!! :P

The entrance doesn't look completely awful, but it looks weird.

Distressed looking buildings on the left and right and then perfect looking brick archway between the two. Maybe I'm speaking too soon but unless they do some more work on the brick it'll look weird being in like perfect condition in between two buildings that obviously aren't in the best shape of their lives.

Wow. So much is happening!

I seriously can't wait to be fully immersed into the Walking Dead once the attraction officially opens. Whats interesting is that I've never ever ever seen the show. And I mean never.

What I've heard about the attraction itself: it's great and has lots of detail (quick summary).... which sounds fantastic! Unfortunately, most of us wont say the same about the outside of the incredible attraction. I completely understand why. Hopefully Universal adds a little (or maybe A LOT) of their magical stardust and makes up for it.

The sign is rather dull and unimaginative. They literally just ripped it from TV series (I'm sure they did this so it is recognizable to the public but still). You'd think they make it look cool like bloody/gorey letters, or at least the sign decaying. I don't know, it just looks boring and flat. And I still can't believe that this is the name of the attraction.

Obviously they were going to use the logo from the show. I am more disappointed that they put so much effort into the archway and just put a flat printed sign instead of something more 3d and permanent looking.

The sign is 3D. Here's a picture from my friend Tyler (who also happened to meet John Murdy) that shows it.

Also here's a video of what appears to be audio testing for the entrance of the attraction I assume, correct me if I'm wrong.

"A walk-through attraction", just so we make sure there's zero subtlety to the situation. You might as well get somebody out there grabbing every person who walks by and shouts it in their faces.
