I went on it today I observed the projections really close and noticed that the projections are so bad that they are red and blueing and I rode it a couple of times and I could barely even see H agrid.

Sounds like the you had is having a little trouble with green then.

Hi guys, I haven't been on here in some time, but I just wanted a summary of what's assumed to be going on now? I saw in the US section that they are referring to construction areas as Gringotts Bank etc. Is all of phase 2 going to be at US? Or are they planning on adding to both parks? Are there any aerial shots/estimated diagrams to show what people are expecting?

IoA is getting a train station at the very least. Other minor things may be coming as well.

So it is just for the street entertainment stuff. If anything, the show area needed more space for the guests.

Last ride the Dementors Kiss effect wasnt working. Hope it was only temporary.

Dementor's kiss is eh. The photo recognition software goes in and out. It hasn't been at its prime in years. First it was great. It was black and white versions of you. Then it was skulls if it didn't work. Now at best its color versions of you. (Feels out of place) and shows creepy dummy heads occasionally.

Sometimes I like it better when it doesn't work. If the B&W version comes back, yeah, I'll take it.

But its hardly permanent. Things break all the time. Potter almost never goes down for show effects. Its too quintessential to the park to go down to fix it. They usually fix things over night. Except the kiss. That doesn't really matter enough to make it a priority.

When I was there a few weeks ago, it worked perfectly every time (and I lost count of how many times we rode over 3 days!!)... Bummer that it's glitching again lately...

I rode it back a month or so ago and worked fine! I looked strange though...I'm amazed at the different ways my face can twist while riding a ride

Yea this effect has been very touchy ever since the ride opened. If certain effects that are essential to the storyline of the attraction are completely out, they will go down until they get fixed (Dragon, Dementor's Kiss etc...)

I rode yesterday and the ride was in pretty rough shape. The dragon didn't move, the projection right before you enter the dementors' kiss scene wasn't working, the dementors' kiss effect wasn't even on (mist screen was off) and the strobe didn't flash when Aragog was right in front of me.

I may have simply got a poor ride and this may all be fixed today, but I felt sorry for the other people in my bench.

Would like a group think tank of what in the current Wizarding World would have to change IF we as guests were First Year Students vice Muggles. IMO that would allow for the most growth for future additions to the Wizarding World, though I know it would take some serious hurdles to achieve.

Then just students. I would like a proper sorting hat type attraction that makes sense as a first year but I forgot that hogsmeade comes later on in the series.
