Butterbeer hot sweet tea, might be fun. Question is, what would the ingredients be?

Does anyone know which movie (if any) the Hogsmeade station outdoor queue music comes from? It's played outside in the forest area. It is slow, kind of depressing music (I think in 3/4 time).

My son and I have been racking our brains trying to figure out what that music is. I don't think it is in any of the movies.

The song I'm talking about can be heard at this link from 10:10 - 10:42 into the video.

The music in the area of the Thestral Carriage is from Goblet of Fire, the Yule Ball waltz. If not that, you should find a video on youtube of the entire queue and post it for us.

Update:

Walking to the station, the music sounds like a lengthened version of the end of the movie where they are leaving Hogwarts and walking through the forest to the train. Order of the Phoenix I believe, where the lines:

Harry Potter: That even though we've got a fight ahead of us, we've got one thing that Voldemort doesn't have.

Ron Weasley: Yeah?

Harry Potter: Something worth fighting for.

...are spoken. A very special moment and the very best of scored "leaving Hogwarts" musical moments.

Thanks Teebin... but the Waltz isn't the one I'm talking about. I had to search through 20 videos to find what I'm talking about, but it's here, from 1010-1042

I just popped in Order of the Phoenix... the song I mentioned is not the song played in that scene. The hunt continues. One million galleons to the first person to tell me the name of the song I'm talking about, or the movie it came from.

Yeah, I can only find one queue walk video on youtube and it is so friggin noisy with DC roaring by that hearing details is impossible. I hear one long string part that harks of "The Kiss" from the same movie, otherwise, all of the other parts sound custom and moody. Good luck Tina!

Anyone own an induction mic they can clip onto the speakers?

It's "When Ginny Kissed Harry" from Half-Blood Prince.

Wow, I cannot see that music working well at all in that queue. I mean, the kid's might have been sad to be leaving Hogwarts each year but not, "baby bird falling out of a nest and starving to death over 3 days" sad. I don't understand the choice.

Yeah, it was a bold choice. I personally like it though. I don't think you hear it inside Hogsmeade station, only in the forest queue. It fits well with the area and adds to the serenity of the forest. They also loop other songs in such as the Waltz.

I respectfully disagree. Its so calming and goes well with the forest theme. Tranquil and relaxing, which theme parks need.

Rode FJ over the weekend, for the first time in a couple years! From what I remember, there seem to be a few changes (these are all minor and not intended to be negative overall, just things I noticed):

-The snow effect in the queue seemed to be improved, in the sense that there were no telltale puddles of soapy water on the floor anymore. Unless they just make someone clean it up constantly now?
-The chimney scene is now the green portal instead of the brick animation. Duh, I knew to expect that. It was fine.
-The new air nozzles constantly blowing air on your head. Didn't like it or hate it, but I wish it started when you lift off and begin the ride, not during loading.
-There was no sound coming out of the dragon when he blasted us with steam. I swear there used to be a "roar" or something.
-The small spiders didn't move as much. Not a good or a bad thing, just different. Last time they all bobbed up and down more.
-The soul-sucking dementor photo effect was not working on any of my rides.
-I was afraid the ride profile would be tame or different in a bad way. I was pleasantly surprised. I like it more! It seemed more strategic, you felt "higher up" during the spider/forest scene and the whomping willow scene. It gave you a much better view of the whomping willow (from what I remember). I also don't remember seeing as many ride vehicles next to you. This could be because they are not running them as close together now, or that the improved ride profile reduces what you see around you. I was very pleased to see that you get VERY close to the sets/props still, I was afraid they would change that at some point. I could have kicked a few sets if I wanted to :)

Also when I rode FJ over the weekend, the wait time was only listed as 20 minutes so I decided to wait in the full line. Turns out it was more like 40 minutes. BUT, it was a pleasant surprise that the line was a constant speed instead of just being held up in the greenhouse area and then flying through the rest of the line. It was nice to get to see all parts of the castle at a leisurely pace.

My feelings also. The Hogwart's queue is so good that I actually enjoy the attraction more when there is a bit of a line moving at a pace where you can experience the queue without people running past you to get on the ride. I always consider a good queue as an extension of the ride itself. A great ride with a mediocre queue is not as enjoyable as a great ride with an excellent immersion queue.

Plus, on these types of rides a bit of a wait gives your eyes time to adjust to the dim lighting. Makes for a better ride experience  I just love how they did the castle queue. It feels like you are really exploring the castle for yourself, because they added all of the fake hallways and doorways along the way.Not just a straight path.

Exactly. I strongly agree. This queue really establishes the mood for the ride.

Not sure how long they've been on but I felt the new air blasters on the ride yesterday. They really do make a difference and it was the best I felt after riding.

Thanks for the heads up on this HTF!
