Whats funny is we saw the casting for this.....wayyyyyy before Sailor moon

Name Aside, the preview was really fun the actors are all amazing....Dennis and Ian Maclcome especially. The Raptor show is cool and "rumors" are more to come so for something they might have just made within 6 months...I'm impressed

My only real note of worry....is nothing in the plaza. Like I know this event won't sell out but with 5 attractions and 3 Meet and greet experiences. I just hope the crowds can fan out enough to not make the HP and Scooby lines be insane

From the Media Preview's

Forbidden Forest:
  • The Hippogriff for FFN will be a Puppet
  • Per Mondo, it sounds like the Hippogriff will be more properly articulated for movement
  • Forbidden Forest will be a pulse-based experience, lasting around 12 minutes for the Overall Experience
Scooby-Doo Meets UM:
  • Tram Route to Little Europe for Scooby-Doo/UM will go by the Tristan Eaton mural, where special lighting will be projected onto the building
  • Guests will receive a Mystery Inc Manual when they step off the tram.
  • Guests will need to explore different locations in a non-linear way to find clues, with UM Monsters causing chaos at key moments.
  • The Wolfman will have a new appearance version debuting for this experience.
One Piece:
  • Waterworld Plaza will be completely decked out for One Piece, and will serve as the hub for everything One Piece related.
  • Buggy will be debuting as part of One Piece: Grand Pirate Gathering
Super Nintendo World:
  • They reaffirmed the five different colored Yoshi's

Guess they're not running the Jurassic World thing during daytime ops in this case, are they? Feels like I picked an odd time to go to the park today. :x

I am....so interested in how this event is going to work

I mean even if we are lucky the Scooby Doo attraction can host.....1/2 of what was at BTTF and even then not sure if it can handle that many people

Sounds like Scooby Doo is more like BTTF then what I would have thought, because of how much smaller the area is...I assumed thats how it would be easiest to work. But sounds like you get dropped off and near Clues will be meet and greets/moments like in BTTF

Love to hear how much One Piece we are getting....basically its a mini land with the show, meet and greet area...bar and most likley restaurant take over

Interesting to point out, maybe @Jonathan or someone who's at media can correct me--but it does not sound like there was any form of elements or materials, be in the presentation or in the food/merch area, that talked about Jurassic World.

I'd be happy to be wrong, but it seems like that was outright omitted from the media proceeding's for today.

Maybe Universal Can't talk about Jurassic for some reason. Its the only attraction that they seem to not walk to talk about and only one to get a preview, maybe because they can't talk about it they had an event to get others to talk about it.

I can't imagine what it is but there has to be some kind of strange legal hang up that's not allowing them to actively advertise it as a Fan Fest experience outside of the park. We got an in park banner for it before its appeared on the official website.

There was zero talk of JW. Even the official map that was shown during the presentation had no mention of JW.

I have no insight into this, but I’ve wondered if they’ve said nothing tying JW to FFN cause it’ll also be a part of Mega Movie Summer. That way people going to FFN for the JW thing won’t be upset seeing it during day ops for the summer program as well since it’s not being marketed as a FFN experience.

Did the preview end some time ago? I'm a bit bummed my medical stuff made me miss the daytime look at it if so, it doesn't seem to open at all today.

There was only one unannounced daytime preview of Jurassic World that appears to have only been scheduled for some convoluted legal reason. (A comp: The Beetlejuice operating for precisely one operating day, with no prior announcement, in 2020, before it actually debuted as a Horror Nights attraction in 2021). It has not operated since.

The preview event was for media and wasn't visible or accessible to park guests.

Ahhh, that clears it up. I got confused by all the social media posts that seemed to imply otherwise.

Just in case others are confused, here's what happened:

People got scheduled to work this Jurassic World preview. This includes all of the performers and support teams. People have loose lips, so it got shared to some of their friends/contacts that the preview was going to happen. Then those people told other people, and it broke containment, so quite a few folks knew it was coming despite it not being officially announced.

Consequently, a bunch of social media influencers and photographers came to the park specifically to get content from the preview, which they've continued to post over the last several weeks. To your credit, this gives the appearance that this is an ongoing offering during daytime ops.
